Hi, I just purchased $75 one time support to get an issue fixed on our cluster. When I try to submit the ticket it brings me to a page that explains that we do not have a support contract and gives us a few options about how to purchase the support needed to submit our ticket. " If you have already purchased Per Incident support, please ignore this warning, press submit button in Support Form again and reply with Online Order ID to auto-response message that you will receive after the ticket has been created." How do I press the submit button again? It is on the previous page.. there is no submit button on the page I am currently on.. what gives? If I hit "back" I have to fill the entire form in explaining the problem again.. and if I hit submit it just takes me back to the page telling me I have no support contract. How can I submit this ticket?
