I have several Parallels Tools and Desktop licenses and logged in last month and all were visible. Now none are. I tried to "find" my licenses but the button is greyed out, or refuses to progress. I do NOT have pop up blockers enabled. I got an email to my login email saying something about discounts, but it doesn't link to any of my products.
