Greetings. I installed the latest update to Parallels 10. My Win7 VM restarted. I was using Internet Explorer when IE locked up. I have tried many many times to kill IE in Task Manager. It will NOT die. I went into Mac Activity Monitor and killed Parallels there. It will only suspend the VM. When I restart, it's back to sitting there with IE hung and I still cannot kill it. I have tried searching for a solution to kill IE but I haven't found anything yet. How can I kill/restart Parallels and NOT have it suspend before restart to start everything fresh? Any insight or advice would be much appreciated.
Hi Robert Swanson, Please check for updates and install the latest build (28883) of Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac and start your Windows 7. If the issue still persists, Stop the Virtual Machine from Actions > Stop. Start the Virtual Machine and check how it goes.
