I installed my Parallels Desktop Version 13 on a new Mac Laptop by successfully switching the license from the old Mac to the new Mac. However, when I tried to install Toolbox from the Desktop "Preferences" menu, I got the following message: "Unable to download the Parallels Toolbox installation files. Please check your network connection and try again." I have a network connection that's connected to the Internet. I then downloaded Toolbox, but Parallels only permits downloads of the "latest" version, which does not work with my Parallels License Key. How can I install Parallels Toolbox Version 13?
@JimB15 , please use this link in order to download the correct version of the Parallels Toolbox and activate it with your Parallels Desktop 13 license key. Let us know how does it work then.
