Cannot reactivate after macbook crashed (Parallels 14.1.3 and macOS Mojave 10.14.6).

    Hello Parallels Team,
    Recovering from a crash of my macbook pro, I now cannot reactivate Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac.
    I removed Parallels and reinstalled it, but still cannot use nor activate it.
    I am running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 (I cannot upgrade to a newer version due to legacy apps I need access to).
    I have a permanent license, the license is listed in my account and in the app. See image below.
    Please advice or resort this for me as I ugently need access to the virtual machines.
