Cannot install MS KB5065426 - Gives Install error

    Cannot install on Parallels 26 / M3MaxPro / Windows 11 Pro
    Gives install error.
    Tried SFC /SCANNOW
    Tried DISM /ONLINE
    All No Go. This happening for anyone else?!?
