Hello, I have done 2 Support Tickets and neither one sent me an email confirmation. I even paid $19.95 for Support and I have not been contacted in 48 hours. Tried this: http://kb.parallels.com/en/122777 But I have no Support Ticket since I never received any emails as above. Please advise.
It sucks!!!! I cannot get support since the activation key for the trial version never arrived by e-mail, so I'm stuck!! I downloaded and tried to install the Parallels Desktop but it keeps waiting me to write the activation key!!! and NO SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!! what's happening, I mean, I've just seen that there are a lots of complaints and only a "check your private message" reply that doesn't solve the problem for those of us who are reading these forum and looking for and answer since it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach a support (w/o the activation key)!!!!
