I upgraded to Parallels 10. I can no longer find the option to install mavericks from the recovery partition. I was also unable to create a bootable image from the mavericks.app install in the Applications folder. The message indicated that I needed to contact support. That is a very difficult proposition to say the least. Anyway, the solution was to downgrade to 9 for now until the issues are resolved. I have owned Parallels for years, and this is the first time I tried to use support. The web site is full of broken links and finding how to use support is harder than it should be.
