I upgraded to Parallels 10. I can no longer find the option to install mavericks from the recovery partition. I was also unable to create a bootable image from the mavericks.app install in the Applications folder. The message indicated that I needed to contact support. That is a very difficult proposition to say the least.

Anyway, the solution was to downgrade to 9 for now until the issues are resolved.

I have owned Parallels for years, and this is the first time I tried to use support. The web site is full of broken links and finding how to use support is harder than it should be.

Same here. Had to go thru the app store and redownload Mavericks. Painful. Any other solution?
