Hi there I have tried numerous times but have been unable to cancel / turn off auto-renew for my Parallels subscription. I am unable to view or manage my subscription in My Parallels but received a charge email for a 1 year subscription to Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition. Please could I have some support in removing this subscription. Thank you
