Today, I turned off auto renewal. I am seeing numerous threads posted in this forum that users are being charged for another year even though they turned off auto renewal. I couldn't find a way to remove my credit card of explicitly cancel my subscription. Please cancel my subscription for me. I look forward to hear from you. Thank you.
