I found that I can not get access to parallels applicance server to download OS images, how can I fix this? By the way, I have looked through the support page about this issue, and that is not working for me.
Hi, could you please let us know what kind of OS would you like to install on your Parallels Desktop, so that we could give you a link and assist you further. Thanks!
I want to have an Android image, but I could not find it via the Internet and the Parallels could not use for downloading for now. Thanks for your help!
Hi @sj8716643, here is the download link for the Andriod OS: http://download.parallels.com/desktop/appliances/android4-6.tar.gz
First of all, please check, that you are able to download Chrome OS using direct link in Safari: http://download.parallels.com/desktop/appliances/ChromeOS-prl30.tar.gz In case direct link did not work either - the issue is out of Parallels Technical Support scope and you will need to contact your internet provider. In case, you can download Chrome OS installation source using the link above, the root cause is in Parallels Desktop application. Plese proceed with the instruction below: Open Terminal.app. Execute the command: "/Applications/Parallels Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_updater_ctl" download -u file -f http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v10/appliances.xml -p ~/ -ui -fo Example of correct output: Please try to download any VM using Parallels Desktop Wizard and check the issue.
