Hello, My license is up and did not auto-renew due to a payment option issue. I am trying to go in to the Payment Options screen and change it, however it asks me to enter the captcha code and sends an email, but I am not receiving the email. I have tried over 10 times, but not received the email, i checked my spam folder as well. I also checked our Exchange server but no mails arriving as well. Why is this capchta screen anyway? I've just logged in, so the system should know it's me. Please let me know what I need to do to get to the Payment Options screen, I'm not able to continue with my virtual machine.
