can i use an OEM version of XP

I will be getting a mac in a few days and want to install xp to run under parallels. I know I need a full version (not an upgrade). Looking on line, it looks like there are good deals on XP OEM versions. Can I use an XP OEM full install or do I need to purchase the consumer version.

 

Can I also use OEM version of XP its under parallels. I'm also searching it.
