Can I skip "Resume Windows" after starting Parallels?

    Hello,

    I'm using Parallels 6 to run Windows 7 on an Intel Mac with OS X 10.6. Whenever I start Parallels I first come to a screen where I have to click "Resume Windows" and then it takes quite some time before Windows is fully functional.

    Is it possible to skip this "Resume Windows" step, or at least to let Parallels start the "Resume Windows" step automatically?
