Can I move a vm from my mac to windows?

    ok. I currently have Parallels 5 running on my mac, with an XP VM setup.

    I would like to setup Parallels on a new windows laptop (can that be done?).

    If I'm able to setup a parallels on the laptop, can I just copy the vm file from my mac
    to the windows machine running parallels?
