Can I install Razer Synapse 4 in Parallels?

I want to play a Steam game on Mac, but Windows is the only platform I can run it on. I bought Parallels to do this. I have a Razer Naga V2 Pro gaming mouse. To use this mouse I need to install Razer Synapse 4 in order to map all the buttons. I am not a Windows guy, everything seems so complicated and I am also having problems getting answers on the web, they are incomplete at best. I need simple directions. I have been attempting to install Razer Synapse for a few days now, but the system keeps crashing and I can't reach the server. I can't play the game if I can't install Synapse and that means that I will have to try and get a refund from Parallels. My question is this: can I install Synapse in Parallels Windows 11? If the answer is yes, why am I having so many problems doing this. Are there settings that I don't know about? I turned off Windows Defender for a minute to see if I could connect, but I couldn't. In fact, I can't reach most of the websites I try. I just get a white page telling me I can't connect. I'm sure it's all related, but I don't have the skills with Windows 11 so I can help myself. Can anyone help? I need to game!
