What had been an occasional issue has now disabled my ability to use parallels. Everytime I access a folder on the start menu explorer and dr. watson crash. I cannot restart explorer, but I can logout via taskmgr. There is some bizarre software on this, mainly Dragon Naturally Speaking but this happens after Dragon is exited, too.
while I understand that this would an effective way to repair windows, I was perhaps looking for something a little more elegant. Is this a common issue? I support 14 PC's in this configuration and would be interested to know if I should look forward to this issue with the others.
