Build 4124 + WinXP + Outlook 2003 = lost shortcuts

Upgrading from Parallels Build 3188 + WinXP + Outlook 2003 to Build 4214 (Parallels 3.0) caused all shortcuts to vanish mysteriously. Outlook was configured to point to a .PST file on the Mac filesystem via the Parallels Shared Folders.

When Outlook 2003 was run in Parallels 3.0 for the first time, the PST file opened fine (i.e. all messages were there, but all of my customized shortcuts in the sidebar were gone. Weird.
