Upgraded Build 3188 with WinXP Home to Build 4124. I run a Macbook Pro C2D 15.4" on Tiger 10.4.9, fully patched, with an external Samsung 21" connected via DVI and capable of native 1600x1200 resolution. Starting Parallels in full-screen mode on the external monitor results in the WinXP desktop to be displayed in 1332x1008 mode, instead of the maximum 1600x1200 mode. Resetting the WinXP desktop to 1600x1200 manually works. Hitting Alt+Enter puts the WinXP back into OS windowed mode. Switching once again to full-screen mode results in the same suboptimal resolution being selected -- 1332x1008. Repeat -- same behaviour occurs. This is really annoying. I switch between the two modes several times daily, and having to reset the resolution each time will drive me nuts. I'm giving up on Parallels 3.0 until this is fixed. Interesting side note: switching from OS Windowed mode to Coherence mode on the external monitor works as expected: ie. the Coherence resolution selected is the full 1600x1200 resolution.
