Build 3188 & ACPI support

Does Build 3188 provide ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) support?

I'm running 3186, and I cannot upgrade my XP to Vista home basic.

The error message is
"This computer is not compliant with the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) standard. Windows must be installed onto a computer that supports ACPI. Contact your computer manufacturer for a BIOS update or install Windows on an ACPI-compliant computer."

 

Just go to Actions->Prepare Windows Vista Upgrade... and follow the on-screen suggestions.

I am still having the same problem build 3188 and it still gives the error message. Any ideas?
