Had Parallels installed with Win 98.2. Urged to upgrade. Downloaded 3186, installed (did not uninstall previous because no instructions to do so). Now when launched, it flies past the properties page to full-screen static "op art" pattern, then locks up. Try to uninstall, it says there's nothing there to uninstall. Try to IN-stall, it says there's a program already there. JB
