Build 1940 and Vista

I am using build 1940 and have a Vista RC1 VM on my Mac Pro 4GB. Now when I try booting the VM, it sits at the Vista splash screen and never loads. I tried booting from the DVD of Vista, and it gets to the 'Windows is loading files' and then a black screen and never finishes. Is my VM hosed? And yes, I rebooted my machine after upgrading to 1940.

 

Have you tried RC2? Build 1940 and RC2 works fine on my MacPro (3GB)

 

I tried obtaining it from MS's website, but they have the download linked to RC1. Looks like they yanked it.
