Well the latest build 1884 I was able to install Windows XP Home, but still getting the Intel VT-x disabled in bios error. Is there a way to enable this? I am new to .Mac as I just bought a new Quad Mac Pro Xeon 64-bit and also having troubles connecting to the Internet. I can see Googles site. When I try to view other sites it says found site, but never loads and times out.

Is this a bug still or am I doing something wrong?

Also I take it I can't copy/drag files that I d/l to my mac to parallels so I can open and run them on Windows XP.

Close your VM and quit Parallels.
Put your computer to sleep for 30 seconds.
    Wake up your computer.
Open Parallels and start your VM.

VT-x should now be enabled. You can go to "About Parallels" and click "More info" to check.

Are you sure that you did exactly what I suggested? It's not only been working for me, but it has worked for almost everyone else who has posted with this problem. How did you put your computer to sleep? I always do it via the Apple menu when I want to enable VT-x.
