I'm using Beta 5 with a WinXP SP2 virtual machine. I downloaded and installed the codec for playing xVid files in Windows Media Player. The videos play fine at 100%, but if I switch to 200% or full screen, I get the spinning beach ball from Mac OS. The videos continue to play but the VM is very unresponsive. It takes several minutes to register mouse clicks. If I can manage to click the close button on WMP, then everything returns to normal. Again, this only happens if the video is playing at a size other than 100%. I've tested it with several xVid files, and it is repeatable. I do not experience this problem when running XP SP2 under Boot Camp.

Also, even though I get the spinning ball from Mac OS, if I switch out of Parallels to another application, my computer is completely responsive. If I right-click on the Parallels icon in the dock, it shows the application is not responding message. Again, everything returns to normal if I can manage to close WMP within XP.
