When I click the Show Windows Start Menu menu from the Parallels icon in the OS X menubar, it does nothing. I have seen it work sometimes, but rarely. I am usually running in Coherence mode, and it never seems to work then. If I exit Coherence and click the Start button, it takes a few clicks before it actually opens. It's not lagging, everything else in the VM responds just fine. It's just the Start Menu that seems to not register until it's clicked a few times. I'm using Parallels 8 on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate with a 2011 11" MacBook Air (and 2011 27" iMac).
