Bug reports (the second one is my fault, installation of Parallels tools solved it)

I met two bus during the use of Paralles (Windows XP SP2)

    1. I am also using Remote Desktop Connection on another virtue desktop (virtuedesktops). Both RDC and Parallels Win XP are in the full screen mode. The trouble is that the RDC menu bar still appears in Win XP.

    2. I am using a USB mouse and under Parallels Win XP, I see two mouse cursors, that is, the mouse cursor for Mac OS refuses to disappear under Win XP.

Wish the Parallels Team could solve both problems. Thanks.

For now, whenever the two mouse cursors show, I just hit the key combo to get control from the Mac, then reclick the consol to return to the PC. Under my system, that seems to work, but YMMV.

I have noticed that the two-cursor scenario, at least on mine, occurs mostly when I am not in full-screen mode, and if I have moved the consol window down low, in order to get to something quickly that is on the Mac, such as a Mac window or Mac icon. The two-cursor thing seems to disapper if I pull the consol back upwards.

    Weird bug, that's for sure...

Get control from mac will solve the problem sometimes, but not always, not even when I repeat the process several times. And I do run Parallels Win XP in fullscreen mode. That is really annoying since sometimes you will forget which cursor is the one that works.

Do you have the Parallels Tools installed on the guest OS?

Thanks, I think this solved my second problem. But the second problem is still there.
