I was running Parallels 2.2 Build 2112 on Vista Ultimate as host and guest OS is Windows 2000 Pro for a while but I was prompted over the weekend that there was an update Build 2204 so proceeded to allow the application to update itself.

After updating my guest OS no longer works I get a BSOD, I launched the guest in Safe Mode and uninstalled the Parallel Tools as instructed but the OS still refuses to load each time presenting the BSOD screen. There error is on hardlock.sys.

    Any ideas?

I have uninstalled build 2204 and reinstalled build 2112 and the Guest OS is working fine.

I believe there is a bug in build 2204 causing the BSOD in Win2k on hardlock.sys.
