BSD with every shutdown/restart

Windows likes to update itself all the time, and when I leave the VM running it seems that every night Windows is installing updates and rebooting Win7. Unfortunately, every restart begins with a shutdown and I get a BSD (blue screen of death) with every shutdown. Windows restarts fine - but always with the "Windows is Recovering from an unexpected shutdown" notice.

Since I don't see the BSD I can't really see what the problem is.

Does anyone one know what the likely problem is that is causing this to happen?

I found a Utility that decodes that minidump you get from a BSD and it seem the "iaStor.sys" driver is the culpret every time.

Now I need to research this here and see if I can figure this out.

By the way, the windows app I found that decyphers the minidump is called: BlueScreenView. I found a free download from Cnet online.
