Bootcamp went missing

Running a Mac Pro with two hard drives. Installed Win 7 on one and Win 8 on the other both under bootcamp. Then installed parallels ( now running ver 9) and used the bootcamp
installs to load windows in parallels. I can run both windows fine as virtual machines but neither bootcamp drives show up in disk startup or when I use the option key at startup.
They both used to be there. At times I would like to have the entire Mac for running windows instead of sharing both OS X 10.8 with windows.
