Folks, I downloaded Parallels 3.0 and intalled on my Macbook Pro 17, 3 gigs, 160 drive, Tiger OSX tonight. I had a full working install of Windows XP, with everything I own in it. I allowed Parallels to select that partition, and I got a screen that told me not to quit or use anything in the operating system. That was 2 hours ago. I finally decided to quit out of it after 3 total hours waiting. At this point, windows won't start within Parallels or outside of it. I had a fully paid for set of installs for CS3, and a 'legalized' version of XP SP2. I'm furious, and not anxious to pay $29 for tech support. Anyone have any idea?
