I have the new Macbook Pro 15" 2.4 GHZ, 2 GB RAM, latest updates for OS X. I installed Windows XP SP 2 with Boot Camp. Seamlesss. I installed PD 3.0. I ran PD using Boot Camp. I had to struggle with Re-activation during WinXp bootup in PD. Fixed that after calling MS - though this should not be necessary. Received Hardware Wizard Errors for PCI Bridge and VGA Controller. Fixed by installing Parallel Tools (after Acvtivation Key Problem). Everything seemed to work great. Closed PD 3.0. Shutdown OS X. Booted Windows Partition. Everything was fine. Rebooted OS X Ran PD. 30 and got: "Parallels Desktop is unable to operate properly since it cannot communicate with one of its drivers. Seems that drivers are inconsistent with the currently installed version of Parallels Desktop. To overcome this issue, reinstall Parallels Desktop and start it by selecting Finder->Applications->Parallels->Parallels Desktop."'' It was at this point that OS X, Bootcamp and PD act erratically. I removed PD, which didn't remove the dual booting option in the PD simulation window - 1. Parallel Desktop, 2. Windows XP. So when I booted Boot Camp, I got both options and then a file missing on the C Partition. I was forced to delete the Boot Camp partition and now everything is back to normal. No PD 3.0 I will re-install Boot Camp tonight. Totally frustrating and seemingly incomplete. Please help if anyone has any advice. Thanks in advance.
