Bluetooth vs USB Wireless Mouse/P18/Windows 11

I have Parallels 18 and Windows 11ARM installed on a M1 iMac. When I play games under Steam (currently Links E6 and Grim Dawn it seems like when I use a Logitech USB wireless mouse the mouse cursor behaves better than two different Bluetooth mouse that I have. Outside of Steam all the mice behave pretty much the same. But because the ports on the M1 iMac are all USB 4 I need to have the USB receiver take up the only USB 4 to regular USB cable that I have. Anyone else see this?
