I know that USB support is scheduled for the final version of the software, but I wondered what (if any) plans were for Bluetooth. If I could get Bluetooth working then I could sync my Windows Mobile devices now and not worry so much about USB support. I am very close to buying the product, but one of the main reasons I need it is to sync using ActiveSync and Outlook. Thanks.
I imagine the best way to do this is not to support bluetooth as such, but just use map one of the virtual serial ports to /dev/tty.Bluetooth-PDA-Sync. This of course would only give you access to the serial port profile, so no OBEX but this may not be a problem for most sync style applications. I notice that in Beta3 we can't yet map serial ports to the guest, only files and sockets. Perhaps this is coming. Can anyone from Parallels comment?
