Blue screen after 3214 Upgrade

    I was running 3188 (XP) but had some problems with recognizing my Flash drive so upgraded to 3214. Now as soon as I do anything after XP starts up, I get a blue screen! Any ideas on how to fix this or roll back to 3188? Thanks in advance.

    John,

    Thanks, I would have tried this except I am traveling and don't have my XP cd with me. But I tried this and it worked!

    1. Restarted XP in Safe Mode with Networking
    2. Installed Parallel Tools from Actions menu
    3. Restarted XP normally

    By the way, my USB Flash drive now works perfectly, too!
