Blackberry Connection

I just installed Parallels on my Imac, then installed Windows 7.

I'm unable to connect my Storm to BB Desktop Manager. I get the error message "Unable to connect USB device to your virtual machine. The device cannot be connected. Please try again later."

If i uncheck in Parallels the Research In Motion line in Devices - USB, then the memory cards show up in Finder and Windows Explorer as drives. But once I check that line they disappear and the error message comes up.

I need an answer to this problem. I'm switching my whole operating system from XP on Bootcamp to Windows 7 on Parallels and I need to sync my Storm with Outlook 2007.

Any help would be appreciated. Tim
