For some reason, the latest release of Parallels (9344) has introduced a bug where the Task Bar of the Windows XP window turns black and remains in place for several seconds when the program makes the switch to coherance mode. That is, when the window goes away and the new Task Bar appears at the edge of the screen, the previous Task Bar remains blacked out for about 5-8 seconds. It is consistent, and I haven't found any settings changes which affect this behavior. Dave
