Black Screen

    I am having problems after getting the Parallels Desktop 10.2.1 update and my guest OS X 10.10.3 got the new Parallels Tools.
    First the guest OS starts to booting, and after 3-4 sec the screen is just goes black.

    I have tried to change video settings, and tried to boot into single user mode but it just goes black.

    Anyone have a solution?

    Hi PatrickC1,
    This issue might be caused by an Outdated display driver or corrupted Windows operating system.
    We would suggest you to launch Parallels Desktop, select "Action" from Mac menu bar-> "Reset" and then start your Virtual Machine.
    If the issue persists, please try http://kb.parallels.com/113823 to fix Black screen issue.

    Both host OS an guest OS is OS X. Host is running 10.10.4 and guest is running 10.10.3.

    And if i am in Parallels Desktop i cannot see the "Action" menu. It appears when i launch the guest OS.
    And from there i tried to hit "Reset" but still that same result.
