Black Screen Of Death! Yes, I've read ALL the threads!

Black Screen Of Death! I've Read Several Threads! Please Help!

Can't boot up in "safe mode" when opening virtual machine.

1. fn + F8 gets me to help screen. When I select "safe mode" I get...black screen of death.
2. Tried VGA mode on same help screen....black screen of death.
3. Tried every other selection on help screen...black screen of death.
4. Tried uninstalling and installing different Parallels versions.....black screen of death.
5. Tried windows start up disc...black screen of death.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning to you and sorry to hear your difficulty.
unfortunately, your description of issue shows major difficulty with VM.HDD and/or Parallels tools..
I assume, you do not anything import in your WinVM.
if yes... i have done this many time...about upwards of 10 to 12 reinstalls including VMs...
delete your vm and uninstall the parallels with dmg file..
reboot the Mac..
install parallels...
when you install VM, choose typical...
