Black Screen issues after 3188 upgrade I ahve a new IMAC & I am having issues a black screen appearing when I launch XP. This occured after I installed the 3188 upgrade. I took the advice of others and hit the Apple/F8 key when lauching the VM and got into safe mode. I tried to uninstall Parallel Tools and receive the following message: Please restart VM to complete the previous installation on Parallel Tools. You cannot proceed with upgrading/uninstall/install of parallel tools until you resstart the VM." So, I tried to do this BUT I always get the same error.
