    Hello,

I have installed and used parallels successfully before. However since I reinstalled the OS X I also reinstalled Parallels from scratch. For some reason it is giving my a screen where it says that it cannot allocate enough ram. I always used to select around 1000-1500 MB of ram and it used to be fine.

Also, from the start it automatically selects 64MB of ram for some reason and then I have to go back and change it.

Can anyone tell me how I can proceed with installing a vm when parallels is giving me these error messages?

Thank you very much for your support.

I’m sorry for the troubles you’re having. To solve the problem as quickly as possible I recommend submitting a support ticket with the Parallels team http://www.parallels.com/support/.
