Beta tester - Lost key

Hi I was a vip beta tester for version 6 and I received an free copy for my efforts. I didnt use parallels for a while but now when I go to open it asks me for the key. I cant find it. How do I unlock? I still have the emails as proof that I was given free copy with permanent key but cant understand why I cannot find the key. Where can I get my key? Please help.

 

I still have no solution for this problem. I have sent parallels several emails and have not even received a response.
