Best Way to Back Up

    Hi, (apologies question may have been asked before): What's the best way to COMPLETELY back up my Virtual PC (i.e. all files,music,photos contained therein)?

    - is it simply a case of 'cloning'. If so envisage say cloning to my external Lacie HD say once a week?
