    Hello all,

i have a problem about Parallel Access and our Security.
The Problem is i see nothing on the iPad but i can connect to the PC and i can controll it.
Our Networkdepartment dont want to open all the ports who parallel wants.
So my question is can i handel all the traffic over only one port?
The Port 443 is open and i think thats the reason why it works without the display the screen.

Can any one help us please?

    thanks a lot

    Hello Svensen,

Opening port 443 would be enough to establish a stable connection between your iPad and the remote computer : http://kb.parallels.com/117019

Please make sure that you are using the latest update and the build of Parallels Access

Sign out of Parallels Access and sign in again.

You may also disable the firewall and then you can check if you are able to get connected to your remote computer from your iPad
