Before install parallels i get a box with random words

    in it and its so confusing because nothing else pops up except this one box with a bunch of letters in

    if anyone has had this problem and figured it or if anyone just knows how to help me please respond to this post

    and give me some tips please on how to help me install parallels on my macbook
