OK, I have parallels connected to my LAN by bridging to my airport, IE, skype etc. are all running fine under XP, in OSX finder my network listings have changed to include 3 new folders. All my networked macs have been placed in the folder 'my network', A 'workgroup' folder has nothing in it and I have the name of my VM XP computer in the fokder 'Mshome'. However when I click on the VM machine in the network listings I get an SMB/CIFS authentication window, which when I click OK says that the alias (VM) can't be opened because the original can't be found This behaviour is only on my mac running parallels, my other macs don't have these folders at all and do not have the VM in the network listings. I can ping the VM machine from any mac. I assume I have to set XP up to be seen on the network, but I don't know windows well enough to do this. Any help would be appreciated
