Hi - love everything I have seen so far - I have a couplel of questions. 1) I hate backing up Windows PC's.... (very cluttered) - can i backup a Windows Guest OS deployment by simply duplicating the one large virtualization file? If so, can "hot" files be backed up this way including open databases that are running on the Guest system. 2) If i had a Windows2003 host with a windows2003 guest - and I want to run Oracle, or SQL on the guest... what kind of performance degredation might I see? I'm not anticipating huge amount of disk IO.... Any insights would be apprecited... hevans
