Hi, when I launch Parallels, and I am trying to get to Windows 7, all that is showing is the desktop background. I tried resetting the virtual machine and restarting, but nothing is working, and I can't figure out why. Please help me!! Can you at least show me how to retrieve files from my documents in windows? Thank you!
