AWFUL BUG!! MACBOOK TRACKPAD CAUSES VISIO TO CRASH!!!

Im using Parallels 13. I have windows running on parallels with Visio as the main App.
When using Visio, I was expecting to be able to use the MacBook Pro trackpad to zoom into the drawing. The zoom-in gesture would be to use 2 fingers (thumb and forefinger) in an outward motion to zoom-in.

It doesn't work. but it actually causes Visio to crash.

Wow. Who tests this software at Parallels?

 

Hi, which version of Visio are you using?
Also did you get this issue before? Or it reoccurs after any updates?

I was using the latest version of Visio - Its the O365 version anyway.

 

@EhabB1, and did you get any error message during the app crash? If yes, could you send us a screenshot of it, please?
