I have a user running win xp in parallels on a mac. I run AVG, and over the last several months it has been coming up with rootkit infections at every scan. With AVG 2012, it would complain that the infection wasn't curable, and now with AVG 2013 it cheerfully claims that the infection can be and is cured -- but then there it is again in the next system scan. The errors are:
gmer says that the system is clean of rootkits.

Are these real rootkit infections, or are they parallels tools hooks, and therefore false positives?
