I have several times found that while installing something using Parallels that it auto-plays the CD several times after one another, sometimes making it impossilbe to do anything, as the autoplay installation program just opens again and again. The only way to stop it is to eject or disconnect the disk and then close everything. I have shut off autoplay options (set to "do nothing") on all kinds of disks, but this still happens.
